HCBOE, in a joint partnership with WSCC and Western Governors University, will provide two years of tuition to selected applicants and will employ student apprentice candidates. Upon graduation from WGU, these newly licensed teachers will work on a five year contract as a condition of the tuition scholarship. Priority will be given to the following areas: Special Education, Secondary Math, Secondary English, and Secondary Science. 

HCBOE has partnered with TeacherLists. TeacherLists is a service that allows schools and districts to upload and manage back-to-school supply lists for students. These lists are then made available to families, who can find and shop for the supplies they need. TeacherLists digitizes school supply lists and makes them shoppable, either online or in-store.
